Admission Procedure

Addmission

  • Pupils are ordinarily admitted only in the beginning of the new academic session subject to vacancies in the particular class.
  • Admissions to LKG: A child must have completed three and half years (3½) and should not be above 4½ years on 1 April of the current year.
  • On the date/s fixed by the Principal, Registration forms will be issued on payment of Rs. 200 only, after which the dates of interaction will be intimated. At the time of Registration two passport size photographs (recent) and the Birth Certificate from the Registrar of Births in original and a photocopy of the same. List of selected candidates on merit basis for admission will be announced thereafter.
  • Admission to Class 9 and below: Depending upon vacancies ‘Qualifying Entrance Examination’ will be conducted and admission of the selected candidates will be done. Admission into these classes will be complete on producing Transfer Certificate from the last school attended by the scholar. Transfer Certificate of pupils from any other Board must be duly countersigned by an authority of that Board.
  • No student shall be admitted in Class IX and above after 31st August of the year except with prior permission of the Chairman, CBSE.
  • As the syllabus prescribed at Secondary level is of two years integrated course, no admission shall be taken in class X and XII directly.
  • The parent will fill the admission form and he/she will be responsible for the conduct and fees of the pupil.
  • The Principal reserves the right to refuse any application for admission without having to assign reasons for such refusal.
  • In case of re-admission after withdrawal, admission fee will be levied again.

Withdrawals

  • If the parents want to withdraw their child of their own accord and wish to possess the Transfer Certificate of the child, they will have to give a written application for the same paying Rs. 200/- (additional charges for countersigned T.C.) and obtain the TC after two days if simple and after one week if countersigned or on later given date.

  • All requests for a transfer certificate must be sent in writing duly signed and dated by the parent/guardian one month in advance. No transfer certificate shall be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full. A duplicate copy may be issued if the institution is satisfied that the original is lost but it shall always be so marked.
  • One clear calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a student can be withdrawn.
  • If a student is absent for 10 consecutive days without the prior permission or the application of leave for a genuine reason, the name of the student will be struck off the roll. If the parents want to continue the education thereafter, they will have to re-admit the child with all the fees as though it is fresh admission.
  • A student may be suspended or ever dismissed from the school on account of misconduct, insubordination to the school authorities, malpractice during the exams or for any such grave reason with prior warning, or even without, as per discretion of the Head of the Institution.
